Our PoliciesPayment MethodsWe accept direct payment via check, money order, or payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), via our service provider, PayPal. Please note that you do not need to have an account with PayPal to purchase from us and pay with a credit card. PayPal is merely the processing agent for the credit card transaction. An additional advantage of this method is that it is completely secure and your credit card information is never seen by us or stored on our system at any time. Sales TaxPurchases billed to or shipped to an Arizona address will be subject to Arizona sales tax. Processing TimeWe will ship your item(s) to you within 1 business day of receipt of good funds from you. In the case of a credit card payment, this will be within 1 day from your transaction being processed and accepted online by PayPal. In the case of payment by check, it will be within 1 day of when the funds clear our bank. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you pay via credit card or PayPal. Domestic ShipmentsAt OBG International, we believe that your purchase dollar should be spent on your specimen and not on shipping! Therefore, our pledge to you is to only charge the actual cost of shipping with no hidden markup. In addition, we also believe that you may best economize on shipping by being able to chose between a number of different shipping choices. Therefore, for your convenience, we offer a wide variety of shipping options. These include USPS Priority Mail, Express Mail, First Class Mail, and Parcel Post. Please note that we no longer offer UPS shipping due to problems with both their pricing and level of service. The comparable USPS services, such as Priority Mail and Express Mail are all more reliable and significantly less expensive. All available shipping options and the cost of each is shown to you prior to checkout, so you may select the one that best suits your needs. Our preferred method for domestic shipment is United States Postal Service (USPS) - Priority Mail, however, the choice, as always, is yours. We do not ship to post office boxes. Therefore, when entering your address information into our system, please be sure to include your actual delivery address. For credit card transactions, we only ship to the address of the credit card holder. This is for your protection. We require insurance on all shipments. It costs very little and protects us both! The amount is automatically calculated and shown as a separate item on your order at the time of checkout. International ShipmentsAt the present time, our online order processing system only handles orders for shipment within the US. We are happy to ship our specimens to customers outside of the US upon completion of satisfactory payment arrangements. Please contact us in advance for terms and rates. International customers are responsible for any and all taxes and/or customs duties levied by any government authority or other agency. We declare all international shipments at full value. Shipping & Handling CostsAll orders are shipped FOB our facility in Green Valley, Arizona. The customer assumes all risk of loss once the shipment has left our premises. This is one of the reasons we require insurance on all shipments. Our online order processing system is capable of calculating multiple shipping options for your convenience, as described above. Return PolicyWe want you to be nothing less than 100% satisfied with your purchases from us! Therefore, we offer a 7 day, no questions asked return policy for all online purchases. If you decide to return any of the items you purchased online, please send us an email within the 7 calendar day decision period informing us of which items you wish to return to us. Items may not be returned if you do not notify us during this 7 calendar day period. To return specimens to us:
The full net cost of returned items(s) will be refunded using the same method that you used to pay for the order (via check if you paid with a check or money order or by credit to the same credit card that you originally used for payment). We will issue this refund in a timely fashion once the item(s) are received on-time and in original condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged In TransitPlease notify us immediately by email if any items arrive damaged in transit. This will enable us to work quickly and closely with you during the claims process. Please retain all original packaging and all pieces of the damaged/broken item. |
